Registered Dental Hygienist
Taryn enjoys her role as a dental hygienist because it allows her to work with people from all walks of life and improve their oral health. Additionally, she has fantastic teammates that motivate her to come to work each day.
Taryn has been working in the field of dentistry since 2012. She received her bachelor of science degree in psychology/biology from the University of California, Davis. She also attended Carrington College in Sacramento, CA, where she received an associate of science degree in dental hygiene.
Taryn has enjoyed working with Dr. Hastings due to his professionalism, his willingness to explain procedures to his patients, and his desire to provide the best dental care for his patients.
Taryn’s leisure activities include hiking, camping, horseback riding, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends.
Amanda finds her career as a dental assistant to be both challenging and rewarding. She enjoys working as a team to provide a successful outcome for patients. She is motivated by the people-oriented environment of dentistry. It is personally satisfying to Amanda to know she has helped someone by providing a valuable health service.
Since 2015 Amanda has enjoyed working with Dr. Hastings. She describes him as a mentor. She says, “He is an amazing artist who does outstanding dentistry. It is truly an honor to work with him and be a part of his team.”
Amanda attended The Foundation for Allied Dental Education (FADE) to receive training as a dental assistant.
When she’s not at work, Amanda enjoys snowboarding, camping, backpacking, swimming rafting, adventuring, and exploring.
Maggie has been working in the dental field since 2012, and she loves it. It’s so enjoyable to her because the environment provides hands-on activity that allows her to work with people. Each day is different, and she is continually learning. Maggie works with a terrific team that she has grown to love. She describes Dr. Hastings as an awesome boss who is funny, understanding, and a fantastic dentist. She has worked at Goldrush Dental Care since 2013.
Maggie received her dental assistant certification from the Central Sierra Regional Occupational Program.
In her leisure time, Maggie enjoys outdoor activities, including camping, rafting, and just about any sport near the water.
Registered Dental Assistant
Stacy has worked in the field of dentistry since 1995, and she enjoys all aspects of it—including front- and back-office duties. She is certified in CPR, first aid, Invisalign® techonology, OSHA, Ivoclar staining and glazing, and CEREC® design.
She enjoys helping people and making them feel comfortable. Stacy says that Dr. Hastings enjoys what he does and is always thinking outside the box; that makes working with him enjoyable, too.
Stacy enjoys morning workouts, playing volleyball and softball, and watching her husband and daughter play softball.
